Filtermedia Solutions provides fluorescent leak detection to accurately identify leaking filters within dust collection systems.
A specialised fluorescent tracing powder is introduced into the dust collection system while it is operating.
Once the system is shut down, our technicians inspect the clean air chamber using a high-intensity black light. Any fluorescent powder that has passed through identifies the damaged filter or cartridge, allowing fast and accurate replacement.
